"I enrolled in the Faculty Preparation certificate as part of a workforce retraining program, and found a flexible, affordable and accessible course of study that trained the professional skills I need to be competitive. The cohort system in particular was very helpful in providing opportunity for sustained peer education and critique. Whether your peers or experienced instructors, you learn to ask the important questions about what it means to teach and apply what you learn in your teaching practice. And the resilient, all-online, asynchronous format allowed us to complete the program even during a quarantine!"
