The College of Extended Education at Cal Poly Humboldt has partnered with Norco College to create a pathway for transfer students to complete a CSU bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies 100% online.
Norco College is one of three schools in the Riverside Community College District (RCCD), located east of Los Angeles. Students in the School of Business and Management can earn a certificate or associate's degree that will seamlessly transfer to Cal Poly Humboldt’s Leadership Studies Program. This flexible, affordable CSU degree is offered fully online and caters to working adults. Most students graduate within 2 years, for under $20,000.

This sample academic plan shows the coursework and cost estimate for a student transferring from Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, to complete a BA degree at Cal Poly Humboldt, fully online. Please note that other ADTs and Career Education programs from Norco College are also transferable to Leadership Studies.

For students in various career-oriented programs, please note that an AA or AA-T is not required for admission to Leadership Studies, although many students do have an associates degree.

Applicants need to have passed, with a C- or better, a CSU transferable GE-Math course in order to be admitted to Leadership Studies. Please note that calculus and statistics is not required.

Leadership Studies requires a 2.0 overall GPA, and good standing at your most recent institution in order to be admitted. We do not want concerns with GPA to prevent you from reaching your goals!
