With Pam Long, Wine Educator

The last few years we’ve offered Sparking Holidays as an online Sip-in-Place class. This fall we will be presenting this fun and informative session in-person at Wrangletown Cider Company & North Story Wines in Freshwater.

Join us as we dive into the world of bubbles — exploring some of the most popular, delicious, and surprisingly inexpensive fizzy quaffs from around the globe.

During the fall, the wine retail shelves are stocked with loads of sparkling wines for consumers getting ready for holiday feasts and festivities.

This class will not only help you discover a new affordable favorite, but it is also designed to help you confidently navigate the many sparkling wine choices.

The instructor will guide you through two comprehensive sparkling wine flights while you nibble on perfectly paired cheeses and charcuterie.

Wed., Nov. 1   •   6-8 p.m.
In-person: Wrangletown Cider Company & North Story Wines, Arcata
$65 (includes wine tastings)   •   Class #: REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
