This is an introductory course that provides an overview of permit compliance in the cannabis industry and other ancillaries. Students will learn about the fundamentals of mandatory compliance rules and regulations in the cannabis industry for both state and local municipalities including nursery, cultivation, manufacturing, laboratory, distribution/transportation, and dispensary.

James Clardy
James Clardy is an expert in cannabis permits and licensing in business processes, nursery, distribution, laboratory, manufacturing, and dispensary. As a Master Cultivator, he has 20 years of experience in cultivation and nursery experience in the cannabis industry. In addition, James is a seed specialist who helps companies leverage their seed to the sales market as well as any remediation in seed cultivation.
