You will be asked to self-report academic information. If you choose to bypass this option, you will need to upload copies of your academic transcripts to the application before submitting to ensure that we have all the information we need to offer a decision. If you do not upload the transcripts to the application, you can always send them separately to international@humboldt.edu
-
You will need to self-report English Proficiency. At this time, Cal State Apply will allow you to self-report the following exams: ACT, AP, CLEP, IB, IELTS, PTE, SAT , TOEFL and/or self-reported high school English or College English Composition. We take a variety of other English proficiency exams, including Duolingo. You can review our whole list of acceptable English exams on our website, HERE. Exam results that cannot be reported through Cal State Apply can be emailed to international@humboldt.edu to be noted and recorded on your record.

Once you have been admitted, you will be instructed on how to complete documents for immigration purposes. The documents listed below are required for all admitted applicants. You can choose to prepare these documents now and submit them early, or you can wait to submit them after you receive notification of your acceptance.
STEP 2: Send Required Immigration Forms:
- Submit the Certification of Financial Support [PDF*] along with a Bank Statement or Letter verifying funding
- Send a photocopy of your passport photo page
These documents can be scanned and emailed to international@humboldt.edu
STEP 3: If you are working with an Agent, you will need to submit the Student Consent for Release of Information [PDF*] before we will be able to work with the Agent.
