Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentation with Claire Day, Chief Program Officer for the Alzheimer's Association Northern California and Northern Nevada Chapter, & Kim Coelho, Senior Community Engagement Manager, for the Alzheimer's Association : Claire Day will give a research update, and talk about the highlights from the 2024 Alzheimer's Association International Conference. Kim Coelho, Senior Community Engagement Manager, will conclude the talk with information about the Walk to End Alzheimer's - Humboldt County that will be taking place on Sat., Oct.19 at the Adorni Center.
Claire Day is chief program officer for the Alzheimer's Association Northern California and Northern Nevada Chapter. Ms. Day is a clinical social worker and received her degree from Bloomsburg University in 1993. Prior to joining the Alzheimer’s Association, she worked in the long-term care field as a patient and family advocate.
Kim Coelho is a senior community engagement manager for the Alzheimer's Association. She received a B.A. in journalism from Humboldt State University, and a master's of science in community Health from Austin Peay State University.
