Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentation with Corinne Frugoni, Humboldt Chapter, Physicians for a National Health Program/Health Care For All (PNHP/HCA) and Patty Harvey, Health Care for All: Understand how programs such as Medicare Advantage and ACO-REACH are limiting seniors' health care choices and how these programs are extracting so much money out of the Medicare Trust Fund that a strong possibility exists that Medicare will not be available for future generations. Understand how a unified publicly funded non-profit health insurance system, also known as Single Payer, is the only solution to the ongoing privatization of Medicare and health care in the U.S.
Corinne Frugoni and Patty Harvey are co-chairs of Humboldt Physicians For A National Health Program (PNHP) and Health Care For All (HCA). They believe that healthcare is a right and should be equally accessible to all residents of California and the nation. We educate and advocate for Medicare For All, also known as Single Payer. Corinne Frugoni is a semi-retired family physician and Patty Harvey is a retired teacher.
Both HCA/PNHP educate and advocate for a unified publicly financed non-profit health insurance system, known as Single Payer, which would lay the foundation for the transformation of our health care system ensuring equal access to high quality health care for all residents of California and the nation.
