Update on Remote Instruction and Work, and Campus Operations

Campus will now be closed through Sunday, April 28, and work and instruction continue to be remote. The University is making various contingency plans, including possibly keeping campus closed beyond that. Updates about remote learning and working, paychecks, housing and dining, and health and counseling services at humboldt.edu/emergency.

With Meghan Gallagher, Area 1 Agency on Aging: Start thinking about how to help ease the aging process for yourself, and your loved ones. We'll discuss finances, insurance, home modifications, and more.

Area 1 Agency on Aging envision a community where older persons and those with disabilities have knowledge of and access to available resources that promote quality of life. We provide leadership and services to support people in ways that promote healthy aging.

Meghan Gallagher is the information and assistance manager for the A1AA. Prior to joining the agency almost three years ago, she worked in the assisted living field. Meghan got her start as an advocate for older adults as a teenager after her grandfather had a stroke, and has worked in the industry her whole adult life.
