Kathleen Vogelsang has practiced Family medicine for more than 21 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Science. She is a Certified Diabetes Education and Care Specialist (CDECS) since 2003. This certification is from the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators. She has completed months of advance courses in diabetes management to qualify and successfully challenge the examination for Board Certified Advance Diabetes Manager (BC-ADM) from the American Association of the Diabetes Educators (AADE) in June 2018. She is a member in good standing with the AADE and the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
