The University is making various contingency plans, including possibly keeping campus closed beyond that. Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentation with Samantha Day, DSW, LSW: Humboldt Senior Resource Center's new Behavioral Health Services program provides counseling designed specifically to meet the needs of older adults. Join us to explore how this holistic program focuses on the social, physical, and emotional aspects of mental health for adults age 55 and older.

Samantha Day, DSW, LCSW is the director of Social Services at Humboldt Senior Resource Center, where she oversees the Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) and developed the new Behavioral Health Services program. Her research focused on ways to reduce social isolation in older adults, and how to promote health aging through evidence-based and culturally responsive strategies.
