Brown Bag Lunch Presentation with Jenn Capps, Humboldt Provost: Humboldt has been invited by the CSU to conduct a self-study to become the system's third polytechnic university. She will provide you information about what it may mean for Humboldt if it is designated a polytechnic; share the timeline, and self-study information, as well as gather feedback from the audience.
Jenn Capps is the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Cal Poly Humboldt, and has been in this role since July 31, 2020. Previous to coming to Humboldt, she served as Dean of the College of Professional Studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Additionally she is a full professor with expertise in criminal justice and psychology, and a licensed professional counselor.
