Caroline Connor M.D., M.P.H., has been a family physician for over 28 years, and has been a migraine specialist for most of that time. She is actively engaged in educating the public, local physicians, and other medical personnel about all aspects of medicine, but especially about migraines, nutrition, dementia, and immunizations. She is on the executive board of the Humboldt Del Norte County Medical Society, focusing on recruitment and retention of physicians in our area.
Heidi Collingwood is an entrepreneur. For close to 40 years, she has been a small business owner of her own salon. With a passion for health and business, she became a sales coordinator with the Juice Plus Company over 24 years ago and recently became a certified health coach with the Dr. Sears Institute. In her heart, she is first a mom, who enjoys inspiring healthy living in her own community of Humboldt County, and desiring to spread that gospel globally. Lecturing, holding group sessions, and educating people on the four pillars of health of lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition, Heidi strives for all around wellness. She just completed the Families, Pregnancy and Seniors portion of the Dr. Sears Program, and is now a certified health coach and a certified Laughter Yoga leader.
