Campus will now be closed through Sunday, April 28, and work and instruction continue to be remote. The University is making various contingency plans, including possibly keeping campus closed beyond that. Explore nature and contribute to scientific research. Learn about public participation in data collection, finding projects, and reporting observations. Create a nature diary that captures information through sketches, measurements, charts, written descriptions, and even quotes and poetry. Gisela Rohde has led OLLI classes with Jerry Rohde since the beginning. She and Jerry have been exploring Humboldt County for 40 years, and have written three guidebooks to the North Coast.
