Summer Turner
Summer Turner specializes in gentle and functional movement, and her classes and one-on-one sessions will encourage exploration of your unique movements patterns. Whether your goals include building strength and flexibility, returning to an activity you enjoy, or continuing to recover from an injury or illness, Summer will help you move with ease, and feel strong and confident in your body. Summer has more than 20 years of experience practicing Pilates, and has been an avid "mover" since a very young age. She delights in helping clients connect to their bodies and breath, and to begin to regularly reflect on how they are moving throughout their lives and in the world. Summer incorporates concentration, control, centering, precision, and fluidity into each class, and encourages a full body movement experience.
