Enhance your breathing and flexibility while you improve your posture and balance. Discover what can be reclaimed from pain and immobility, and cultivate dynamic vitality.
Body Wisdom topics include how to:
- find and respect your edge when stretching
- explore and expand your body with breathing
- send breath to calm painful areas
- use gravity to realign your spine
- strengthen your core to improve posture
- increase awareness by expanding neural mapping
- learn from the wisdom of your body
- reawaken the whole body with hand, ear, and foot massage
- stretch in bed
- transfer these learnings to activities of daily living
