With Sarah Landis, Physical Therapist and Pelvic Floor Specialist

You can always improve your health. Have you thought about improving your pelvic health? Every human has a pelvic floor. Throughout our lives, the pelvic floor must support very important functions such as urination, defecation, sex, and pleasure.

This course will introduce the anatomy of the pelvic floor, its function, and some conditions that affect the pelvic floor specific to the aging process, including incontinence, prostate issues, erectile dysfunction, and prolapse.

We will go over how the pelvic floor should work, and what we can do if it is not working optimally. The goal is to leave with a better understanding of your body and how it functions. Register by October 11.
