With Margaret Kellermann, Instructor
Really short stories, called "flash fiction" or "microfiction," can help us discover the world's quirky layers. In this fun, non-competitive workshop, let's discover how to make our own stories sing, by keeping them as short as a 21st-century attention span. You'll get to write a complete piece in class and share it or not, as you like.
For many years, the instructor wrote a short paragraph per day, as an amusing antidote to her longer, more serious journal entries. Each of these short paragraphs made their own complete world.
Whatever you were forced to learn about writing fiction for English class decades ago, just know that this is way more fun, with no final exam! Register by October 31.
