With Deanna Dick, Chocolate Enthusiast and Connoisseur

You will participate in a guided tasting of several different craft chocolate makers from around the world, and assess their taste and flavors.
The second class will meet at the Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate factory in Eureka, where you will take an in-depth tour of how chocolate is made, from the bean to the bar. Register by October 29.
