Students will paint landscapes on location at various Humboldt County locations: Trinidad State Beach, Blue Lake Hatchery, Moonstone Beach, Arcata Marsh, and Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Erica Brooks is a traditionally trained painter with a passion for implementing advanced educational methodologies to drive equity and excellence when teaching contemporary art-related courses. She is highly experienced with materials and tools appropriate to areas of painting, drawing, and illustration.
