We will look at Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication model, many helpful websites, plus mindfulness and forgiveness practices useful in your own life and in coping with the world’s assaults on your peace of mind.

Rev. Molly Cate
Rev. Molly Cate is principal speaker and often soloist for Unity Church of the Redwoods in Eureka. She has a master’s degree in consciousness studies from Holmes Institute School of Consciousness Studies in Santa Rosa, one in sociology from the University of California, Davis, and several certificates in cross-cultural competence. She is passionate about science and bridging the barriers between people holding clashing belief systems.
