Self-Breema: Meditative Body Movement (Option 2)

Self-Breema are gentle, relaxing exercises that help release tension, nourish body, mind and feelings in an atmosphere of no judgement and attention to one's own body in the present moment. Participants will be introduced to the " Nine Principles of Harmony" -- practical and profound guides to a more harmonious life. Students must be able to sit and kneel on the carpet comfortably and stand during the class. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and a cushion. Release of liability form required.

Gail Coonan has been studying and practicing Breema and Self-Breema for 15 years. In 2006 she became a Breema practitioner and in 2016 a Self-Breema instructor. She has a massage practitioner certificate from the California Massage Therapy Council.
