Self-Breema: Meditative Body Movement (Option 1)

Self-Breema are gentle, relaxing exercises that help release tension, nourish body, mind and feelings. Participants will be introduced to the "Nine Principles of Harmony." Students must be able to sit and kneel on the carpet comfortably and stand during the class. Release of liability form required.

Gail Coonan has been studying and practicing Breema and Self-Breema for 15 years. In 2006 she became a Breema practitioner and in 2016 a Self-Breema instructor. She has a massage practitioner certificate from the California Massage Therapy Council.
