Resilience is a mental muscle that everyone has. Just like working out your body, you can build resilience by practicing simple tips. The more we use it, the stronger it gets. We will look at barriers to resiliency and how to overcome them. Not only will you be able to cope with setbacks such as isolation, illness, death of a loved one, injury or job loss, but you can create a joyful future.
