The Psychology of Meditation

27222

With Steve Timmons

We will consider the two major meditations which were first developed in India. A secular approach will be used to focus on what these techniques actually were, rather than on the doctrines and institutions which later derived from them. More generally, we will look at these ‘recipes’ to understand what was ‘cooking.’
