Marilyn Montgomery, RN, has been teaching mindfulness and self compassion practices for over 30 years, having studied with a number of teachers, including Jon Kabat Zinn, Thich Nhat Hanh, and the Dalai Lama. Since becoming a senior, her experience of the power of these practices in bringing a deeper sense of inner peace, self acceptance and well being inspires her to share them with others.
