Matt Kurth
Matt Kurth, an expert in tourism and recreation, is the founder of and head of operations at Humboldt Cannabis Tours. Humboldt Cannabis Tours aims to connect its guests with cannabis and the people who produce it. Prior to founding Humboldt Cannabis Tours, Matt worked as aquatics coordinator at the Humboldt Bay Aquatics Center. Ten years before that, he was a trip leader at Mariah Wilderness Expeditions, a pioneering whitewater rafting outfitter. Matt received an A.S. in outdoor recreation leadership from Feather River College and went on to pursue a B.S. in recreation administration from California State University, Chico. While studying and working, Matt has held many jobs in different parts of the cannabis industry. He is deeply committed to serving and bettering Humboldt County and our unique community.
