Lindsay (L.L.) Kessner

Lindsay (L.L.) Kessner is an artist who combines experiences with landscapes, mythology, and science into enigmatic paintings and drawings. For a decade prior to moving to Humboldt to teach at College  of the Redwoods, she maintained a studio in downtown Los Angeles and taught at several area institutions. Kessner earned her MFA from ArtCenter College of Design, and completed bachelor’s degrees in visual art and in a comparative philosophy program called Fundamentals: Issues and Texts at The University of Chicago.
