The mighty Rhône River is central to two famous wine villages, Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Viticulture arrived in southern France with the Greeks in the 4th century B.C. making the Rhône Valley one of Europe’s most ancient and storied wine regions.
In this class, we will leaf through some of the intriguing past and pour over the present-day stylings of Rhône’s powerfully flavorful wines.
You must have the Zoom video conferencing application downloaded on your desktop or smart device to participate in the class.
The class fee does not include the featured wine.
