With Wil Franklin

Join wine educators in this highly interactive online wine tasting and education series. The online course series includes tasting, a discussion about the culture and traditions of the region, both French and local expressions of the fruit and a wine and food pairing exercise to round out the experience.

Explore the wines and history that make up the Loire Valley of France. In this course, we will be sampling both white and red wines from the cooler, more northern part of France and discussing their American counterparts as well as the foods that pair so deliciously along with them.

You will be encouraged to share your own experiences with the varieties, as well as purchase a red and white from the Loire.

You must have the Zoom video conferencing application downloaded on your desktop or smart device to participate in the class.

The class fee does not include the featured wine.

Thurs., March 18, 5:30-7 p.m.
