Jump start and refine your wine tasting evaluation skills as you explore key aspects of the industry: wines of the world, winemaking styles, customer engagement, professional wine service, labeling, and becoming a smarter wine buyer. Developed for those who work in food and beverage, or are considering a wine industry career, this course includes a digital presentation and lecture, several guided wine tasting flights, lunch and a field trip.
