Nicolas teaches in the Department of Environmental Science & Management at Humboldt State University. He holds an M.S. from Humboldt State University and received his B.A. at California State University - San Bernardino.
His research and training has been in GIS, cartography, mapping sciences, and environmental science.
He has taught GSP 101: Geospatial Concepts; GSP 270: GIS; and GSP 370: Intermediate GIS.
