This is a thorough and exciting introduction to the world of digital cameras. Topics covered include non-automatic shooting modes and creative control of camera functions and exposure.
The demonstrations and lectures will be complemented by curated shooting activities and image critiques. The class will cover manual and automatic camera functions.
Access to a DSLR or point and shoot camera with manual override. This session will be held using the Zoom platform. Students will need to download the application on their desktop or smartphone to participate in the class. For ages 16 years or older.

Nicole Jean Hill
Nicole Jean Hill is a professor of art at Humboldt State University. Her photographs and videos have been exhibited nationally and internationally, including the Blue Sky Gallery in Portland, Oregon, the Australia Center for Photography in Sydney and the Jen Bekman Gallery in New York City.
