Mastering the Digital SLR

This is a thorough and exciting introduction to the world of digital photography. Topics covered include non-automatic shooting modes, creative control of camera functions, and basic image editing in Adobe Bridge. The demonstrations and lectures will by complemented by shooting opportunities out in the field.

Extensive hands-on fieldwork and camera and software tutorials will provide you with the knowledge and practice to explore exposure, lighting, motion control and creative image-making. Topics covered include camera functions (manual/automatic) and basic image editing in Adobe Bridge.

Prerequisite: Please bring your own camera. If you do not have a digital DSLR one can be provided to you for the day. No previous knowledge or experience is required. For ages 16 years or older.
