With Mie Matsumoto, Japanese Language Educator
Learn conversational Japanese language, with an emphasis on Japanese culture, topics of everyday life, listening comprehension, and speaking skills. Each session covers different themes and topics including various aspects of visiting Japan, such as touring, dining, and lodging. Dialogues include practical vocabulary and expressions to use in a given situation. Session 1 is a prerequisite for taking Session 2.

Mie Matsumoto is a native Japanese speaker and has over 15 years experience teaching college level Japanese for HSU College of Extended Education & Global Engagement and College of the Redwoods. She has taught all levels and different age groups on a private basis. She is also experienced in commercial translation services in diverse industries.
