Christine Dobrowolski completed her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at the University of California at Davis, earned a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Samuel Merritt University. She completed residency training in foot and ankle surgery at Western Medical Center in Anaheim and Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Walnut Creek and practiced medicine for almost twenty years. Christine has taught nutrition at the College of the Redwoods for twelve years and has taught courses for the Kinesiology and Recreation Administration Department and in the Exercise Nutrition Certificate Program at Humboldt State University for seven years. Her Optimal Bone and Muscle Development course was awarded the California State University Quality Online Learning and Teaching (CSU QOLT) award in 2014 and her Pharmacology & Ergogenic Aids course received the CSU QOLT award in 2015.
