Andrea Tuttle holds a PhD in environmental planning and career in forest and climate policy. She is a former director of the California Dept. of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) and involved in early development of California's climate program, including forest offsets. She also participated as an observer to the UN climate negotiations for the past 12 years.
