About the Instructor
Marilyn Montgomery, R.N., has been teaching mindfulness meditation for over 30 years having studied with a number of teachers, including Jon Kabat Zinn, Rick Hanson, Thich Nhat Hanh and the Dalai Lama. Since becoming a senior, her experience of the power of these practices in bringing inner peace, joy, self acceptance and well being inspires her to share them with others.
