Step into the beautiful world of ballet and walk out with grace, good posture, and a toned body. Appreciate the wonderful benefits of musicality, flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance. This class will incorporate learning the basic foundations of ballet following the sequential and methodical progression of the barre work and working on posture, placement, and alignment. As students continue to develop and strengthen their technique, they will be introduced to moving steps. Class concludes with the traditional bow or reverence.

About the Instructor
Nancy Call was a professional ballet dancer with Ohio Ballet for 10 years and has owned her own dance studio and taught at Humboldt State University, as well as dance studios in the community. She is passionate about sharing the art form of ballet, which is fitness for the whole body and joy for the soul.
