Jump start and refine your wine tasting evaluation skills as you explore key aspects of the industry: wines of the world, customer service engagement, professional wine service, labeling, and becoming a smarter wine buyer.

Developed for those who work in food and beverage or are considering a wine industry career, this course includes a digital presentation and lecture, several guided wine tasting flights, lunch and a field trip.

Registration will be available in Dec. 2019.

Pam Long has worked in the California wine industry for the past decade. Areas of expertise include wine education, direct-to-consumer sales, marketing, event planning and hospitality management. She is currently studying for her master of wine diploma through the Wines & Spirits Education Trust (WSET).
